SCRIPTURE READING: 1 SAMUEL 30: 1-20
FOCUS: “And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the south, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire;” (1 Samuel 30: 1)
MEMORY VERSE: “And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you…” (Acts 27: 22)
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how David and his men returned to Ziklag and realized that the city had been burned and their wives and children taken away. David and his men returned and faced losses in their home front. David and his men returned and found that their enemies had dealt them severe damage by taking what mattered to them. The enemies simply strolled into David’s territory and took whatever they wanted.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: as the new month begins, I decree, there shall be no loss. What is yours will not be stolen. What is yours will not be taken away. Your territory won’t be invaded by the enemy. Your portion won’t be given to another man. What is yours will not be diverted. What is yours will not be destroyed by the enemy. You will not suffer satanic invasion. You won’t suffer loss of what is important to you.
The Amalekites were haters of the people of God, and they simply came by the territory of David and took what mattered to David and his men. David did not suffer loss alone. He suffered losses, and his men also suffered same. People connected to David all suffered loss. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every power of hell that says you and those connected to you will sufferer losses, let the fire of God answer. Let the Lord strike every hand that has come to cause losses all around you.
The spirit of collective losses will not prevail over you. That satanic voice that says you will cry as others cry, will not prevail over you. That power of hell that says you will lose everything at the same time, will not prevail over you. That conspiracy that wants to make you cry for losses will not prevail. You will not be counted amongst them that lost everything to disaster. You will not be counted amongst them that suffered random losses.
The Lord raises a wall of fire all around you this entire month and even afterwards; and the cycle of losses will not prevail over you.
