SCRIPTURE READING: MATTHEW 9: 20-22
FOCUS: “For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.” (Matthew 9: 21)
MEMORY VERSE: “11. Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree. 12. Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.” (Jeremiah 1: 11-12)
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the woman with the issue of blood had said within herself, that if she could touch the hem of Jesus’ garments, she would be made whole. She had an expectation in her mind. She imagined her healing and wholeness in her mind. She visualized the outcome of her action, and in a matter of time, what she said in her mind became her reality. What her mind saw, her physical eyes also eventually saw.
Friend, you may not have your results yet, but dare to see them with the eyes of your mind. Dare to see the future that is yet to unfold with the eyes of the Spirit. Dare to see the miracles that are yet to be birthed with the eyes of your inner man. Dare to see the fulfillment of your expectations with the eyes of your inner man. Dare to see the next level you desire with the eyes of your inner man. See what the Lord is about to do.
Notice that this woman with the issue of blood, had spent all without getting healed, but the conversation she had within her was about how she would still be healed. What was happening to her did not determine what she said within her. There will be times when what is going on around you will want to push you to speak wrongly within you, but refuse to speak negativity even in your heart. Refuse negative words within you.
Because El Roi is involved, He will grant you an uncommon miracle that will erase all your past experiences. El Roi will open new doors that will wipe away every bitter tears you shed in time past. El Roi will grant you that experience that will compensate for the days and years when you were left emptyhanded. As you speak in faith within you, your reality will come to terms with your declarations within you.
Don’t allow whatever negativity you see around you to determine what you see or say within you. Even if all is wrong around you, be intentional to speak right and see right within you.
