SCRIPTURE READING: LUKE 13: 10-17
FOCUS: “And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.” (Luke 13: 11)
MEMORY VERSE: “What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” (Nahum 1: 9)
Our Focal Scripture speaks of how there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years. This was not just some issue that had lasted for a few months. It was a challenge that had remained for eighteen whole years. It was a trouble that lasted longer than necessary. It was an affliction that literally stole the years of this woman. It was an evil spirit that ensured that this woman continued to suffer the same thing.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every negativity that the enemy has prolonged in your life, I decree, its time is up. I decree an end to every prolonged battle. I decree an end to every prolonged affliction. I decree an end to every prolonged health challenge. I decree an end to every prolonged satanic roadblock on your pathway. I decree an end to every prolonged oppression against you. I decree an end to negativity.
Each year, this woman with the spirit of infirmity faced the same challenge of not being able to lift herself up. Each year, the same challenge waited for her. Her challenge made each year to look the same. Hear me as I hear the Lord: powers and challenges that cause every year to end up the same, I decree, they will not prevail over your life. You will not lose your years to negativity. You will not use your years to service negativity.
Notice that this woman was much younger when this challenge began; but as she grew, the challenge was growing with her. As she grew, the challenge kept finding space in her life to remain. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every negativity that has grown with you from year to year, I decree, their time is up. No more negativity. No more negative repetitions. No more evil patterns. No more carryover of negative load from year to year.
Welcome to that season where El Roi has made an utter end. Welcome to that season where affliction will not arise a second time. Welcome to that season where cycles of negativity have been terminated.
