SCRIPTURE READING: MATTHEW 13: 24-30
FOCUS: “Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.” (Matthew 13: 30)
MEMORY VERSE: “While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.” (Genesis 8: 22)
In our Focal Scripture, the householder made mention of the time of harvest, when the reapers will gather the tares and burn same with fire, and when the wheat will be gathered into the barn. So, despite the existence of the tares and the enemy that sowed them amongst the wheat, there was an appointed time for harvest. Harvest was not going to be cancelled because tares were in the field. Harvest had an appointed time.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: your harvest is for an appointed time. Your increase is for an appointed time. Your congratulations shall be for an appointed time. Your rising is for an appointed time. Your breakthrough is for an appointed time. Your victory is for an appointed time. Your divine announcement is for an appointed time. Your new doors and gates are opening at the appointed time. God Himself has set the time for your harvest.
Hear me as I hear the Lord: no matter the tares that have been planted, your harvest will come. No matter the haters that have lined up, your harvest will come. No matter the wicked gossip that is being told against you, your harvest will come. No matter the conspiracies that are cooked up against you, your harvest will still come. No matter how men gather to tell lies against you, your harvest will still come your way.
The people who hate you cannot stop your harvest. They may be blocking you at the moment, but they cannot block your harvest. The bureaucratic bottlenecks may still be there, but your harvest will still come. Even if they go to mention your name for death in dark places, you will still live long enough to enjoy your harvest. No matter the arrangements that have been made to stop your harvest, your harvest can’t be stopped.
No matter the tares, you will still have your harvest. In the presence of your enemies, God will prepare a table before you.
