SCRIPTURE READING: MARK 2: 1-12

FOCUS: “I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.” (Mark 2: 11)

MEMORY VERSE: “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!” (Isaiah 52: 7)

When the man in our Focal Scripture received his healing from Jesus, he was instructed to arise, take up his bed, and go his way into his house. The miracle that had come his way needed to be taken home. The divine manifestation that Jesus made happen for him, needed to be taken home. The works of God that had just been made manifest in his life needed to be experienced by those he left at home. He was to take his miracle home.

Friend, when God shows up for you, take your miracle home. Take the mighty works of God in your life home. Take your breakthroughs home. Take your favours home. Take your divine lifting home. As God turns your situation around for good, let your home feel it. As God opens new doors for you, let your home feel it. As God breaks old barriers and opens new frontiers for you, let your home feel it. Let your home experience your rising.

The family of that man would have suffered on account of his paralytic condition. They would have borne the brunt of his condition, and when Jesus turned his life around, He instructed the man to go home. The people who suffered with him were to be partakers of the new thing the Lord had just done for him. As you experience the hand of God mightily in your life, make sure that those who suffered with you have a feel of your miracle.

If God has opened new financial gates for you, make your family members to be partakers. Ensure that the help that God has given you in the marketplace is felt at home. Ensure that the increase that comes your way is felt by those who are connected to you. Let people at home know that Jesus has come through for you. Let people at home know that Jesus has changed your situation for good. Let your home feel your miracle.

Remember, the One who did the miracle instructed that the man who received the miracle should go home. Whatever you have received by the hand of God, make sure to take it home.
