SCRIPTURE READING: MATTHEW 9: 20-22

FOCUS: “For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.” (Matthew 9: 21)

MEMORY VERSE: “For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.” (2 Kings 3: 17)

Our Focal Scripture speaks of how the woman with the issue of blood had intended to touch the garment of Jesus. Her prophetic action plan in the journey to her healing, was to touch His garment. Notice that in vs. 20 of our Scripture Reading, she touched the hem of His garments, and was healed of her plague. She intended to touch the garment, she could only touch the hem, but her expectations concerning healing, were fulfilled.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: things may not entirely go as planned; outcomes may not be exactly as you anticipated; the helpers you seek may not turn up as expected; the fullness of where you tied your expectations may not turn out as planned; but as surely as the Lord lives, you will carry your evidence with your hands. Processes may not look like it; the journey may not look like it, but you will arrive at your destination.

That woman with the issue of blood could only reach for the hem of Jesus’ garments. There was a press behind Jesus, she could not touch the main garment as she desired; but she touched the hem and she got the same result she had wanted. Hear me as I hear the Lord: thing may not add up as expected, but you will carry your evidence with your own hands. Even if the signs are not there, your miracles will come forth sooner than later.

No matter how blocked things seem, there is space for you. God will preserve your space. God will cause your lines to fall to you in pleasant places. Your results will not be denied. Things may shake but nothing will be lost. Things may change but your evidence will not be denied. Your calculations may not play out as planned, but hear me as I hear the Lord: with your hands, you will carry your portion. You will not miss your target.

Welcome to your season of undeniable results. Welcome to that season where things may change but nothing will be lost.
