SCRIPTURE READING: MATTHEW 9: 20-22

FOCUS: “And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:” (Matthew 9: 20)

MEMORY VERSE: “What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” (Nahum 1: 9)

Our Focal Scripture makes mention of how the woman with the issue of blood suffered the issue of blood for twelve years. Years were passing by, but that woman remained in the same situation. Years were passing by, but the same negativity lingered on. She literally carried the same negativity over to every new year, for twelve years. She literally bore a yoke that made every year seem the same. She suffered from prolonged negativity.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every negativity that has lingered in your life, the end has come. Every negativity that wants to swallow your years, the end has come. Every negativity that has come against your health for years, the end has come. Every negativity that you have carried over from month to month and from year to year, the end has come. Every negativity that has stolen your identity, the end has come.

Twelve years passed by, but the same issue of blood remained in the life of that woman. Twelve years passed by, and one affliction made sure to be a recurring decimal. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every affliction that says you will not rest, its end has come. If it has lingered, then its end has come. If it has stayed longer than it should, then its end has come. If it has swallowed your years, then its end has come.

The same Jesus that brought the issue of blood to an end has brought every prolonged negativity to an end. The same Jesus that terminated the disease that came to terminate the life of that woman, has arisen to terminate every negativity that wants to terminate your destiny. The same Jesus that cut short the negativity in the life of the woman with the issue of blood, has set a boundary, and negativity will no longer cross over.

The afflictions of yesterday will not be carried over into your tomorrow. The end has come for every darkness. The end has come for every prolonged negativity.
