SCRIPTURE READING: ACTS 16: 16-39
FOCUS: “And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:” (Acts 16: 23)
MEMORY VERSE: “But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.” (Isaiah 49: 25)
When the multitudes aligned with the magistrates to beat up Paul and Silas, a jailor was charged to ensure that they were kept safely in prison. Someone was given the responsibility to ensure that the intended bondage on Paul and Silas was fully enforced. Someone was assigned the responsibility to ensure that they remained in bondage. Someone was put in charge of the negativity in the prison. There was an enforcer of negativity.
Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: every enforcer of negativity that has arisen against your destiny, I decree, let their bands be broken. Let every messenger of affliction and confinement sent against you be taken down by the fire of God. Let every enforcer of negativity in your health be broken. Let every enforcer of negativity in your career be broken. Let every enforcer of negativity in your ministry be broken. Let negative enforcers flee.
The magistrates and the multitudes had negative intentions for Paul and Silas, and they found someone who could make their evil plans to become reality. They got someone who could use his position to enforce the negativity they wanted for Paul and Silas. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every man who is using his office to enforce negativity against you, let the hand of the Lord be stretched forth against them and take them down.
The jailor was part of a prison system, and he was used against Paul and Silas. An entire system was used to enforce negativity on Paul and Silas. Hear me as I hear the Lord: every system that has been hijacked in order to work against you or to enforce negativity upon you, I decree, let the hand of the Lord scatter it. The Lord is crushing every system on earth that is against you. No negativity will be enforced upon you.
The season of being at the mercy of the enforcers of negativity, is over. No longer shall you be surrounded by men who are deliberate to enforce negativity on you.
