SCRIPTURE READING: LUKE 15: 11-32

FOCUS: “For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.” (Luke 15: 24)

MEMORY VERSE: “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.” (Joel 2: 25)

In our Focal Scripture, the father of the prodigal son explained the reason behind the celebration. He affirmed that the son he counted for dead, was alive again; he also affirmed that the son he considered lost, had been found. So, this was a celebration that came because what was considered dead had come alive. This was a celebration that came because what was lost had been found. It was a celebration that came by restoration.

Friend, hear me as I hear the Lord: you are about to celebrate because of the blessings of restoration. Get set: whatsoever you considered dead is coming alive. Whatsoever you considered expired is coming back to life. God is bringing back life to your dead business; God is bringing life back to your dead giftings and abilities; God is bringing life back to your dead visions; God is bringing life back to anything concerning you that the enemy killed.

This is that season where what you lost is coming back to you. Your lost opportunities are coming back. Your lost relationships are coming back. The access you lost is coming back. The greatness you once lost is coming back. The results you lost are coming back. The influence you lost is coming back. The territories you lost are coming back. The losses you suffered in time past are about to be restored. God is restoring back what you lost.

The father may have thought that he had lost his son forever, but his son returned to him. He didn’t necessarily have to search for what he lost; what he lost came back to him on his own accord. Hear me as I hear the Lord: whatsoever you lost will come back on its own accord. You will not fight for it but God will cause it to come back. You will not labour for it, but whatever you lost, God will cause it to come back to meet you.

Welcome to your season of restoration with compensation. Welcome to that season where heaven will return to you all that you lost.
